On June 18, 2020, Masahiro Fujiwara, President of the FWEAP and Rissei Kusunoki, Chairman of the Cambodian Community in Japan (CCJ) signed a financial assistance contract of ¥1,879,400.

With this financial support, rice, masks, disinfectants, etc. will be distributed free of charge to 839 people in 235 households, including Cambodian refugee settlers living in Kanagawa Prefecture, whose income has decreased dramatically due to temporary leave from work.
