To an interview " Supplementary volume of Ai愛" learning manga in 2023

On June 29, FWEAP crew visited Mr. DINH VAN PHAN, a former Indochina refugee who was honored "43rd Annual Meeting with Refugees Resettled in Japan, 2022" to hold an interview with him for “learning manga” to be inserted in " Supplementary volume of Ai, 2023". The crew were surprised to hear that Mr. PHAN's hardships in Vietnam in the 1970’s and following experiences as a “boat people” in 1980 were the driving force behind the establishment of his own company named “NAN-VIET Co. Ltd.” which locates in Higashi Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture.

The crew also impressed by Mr. PHAN's commitment to "human resource development" when they learned that he has also devoted himself to training its fellow Vietnamese employees as "manufacturing professionals".
